Terms of Service

By accessing or using Signalync (the "Service"), operated by Signalync LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, free-tier users, and paid subscribers. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

Signalync is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that receives trading signals from various sources (TradingView webhooks, Telegram bots, REST API, manual entry) and routes them to trading platforms (MetaTrader 5) for execution via an Expert Advisor (EA).

Signalync is not a broker, financial advisor, investment service, signal provider, or fund manager. We provide a technical bridge between signal sources and trading platforms. We do not:

• Hold, manage, or have access to client funds
• Provide financial, investment, or trading advice
• Guarantee the accuracy, profitability, or suitability of any trading signal
• Execute trades on your behalf (the EA on your machine executes trades)
• Store your broker account credentials
• Act as an intermediary between you and your broker

To use Signalync, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each person may maintain only one Signalync account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Signalync offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free - $0/month, limited features
• Starter - $19.90/month (or $15.90/month billed annually)
• Advanced - $49.90/month (or $39.90/month billed annually)
• Professional - $149.90/month (or $119.90/month billed annually)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen billing cycle).

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to Advanced plan features. The trial includes:

• Up to 4 account connections
• 1,000 AI credits
• Advanced analytics
• All signal sources

No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the 14-day period, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Each user is eligible for one free trial. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is a violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period
• Your account will downgrade to the Free plan after the billing period ends
• No cancellation fees apply

You agree not to use Signalync to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or any form of financial fraud
• Transmit malicious signals designed to disrupt trading systems or cause financial harm
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure
• Abuse API rate limits or circumvent plan restrictions
• Share your account credentials or license keys with others
• Use automated tools to create multiple accounts
• Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance.

By using Signalync, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance of any signal, strategy, or trading system does not guarantee future results
• Signalync does not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment guidance
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes
• Signalync is a signal routing tool, not a guarantee of profitable trading
• Market conditions, slippage, requotes, and broker execution may affect trade outcomes
• Network latency, server downtime, and technical issues may prevent or delay signal delivery

Signalync LLC is not liable for any trading losses incurred while using the platform.

Signalync routes trading signals as received from your configured sources. We do not modify, filter, validate the financial merit of, or guarantee the content of any signal. The platform parses signal parameters (symbol, action, volume, stop loss, take profit) and forwards them to your connected trading terminal.

We are not responsible for:

• Errors in signal content created by signal providers or automated systems
• Execution slippage, requotes, or broker-side order rejections
• Signal delivery delays caused by network latency or third-party service outages
• Incorrect symbol mappings configured by the user
• Trades executed based on signals from sources you have configured

Signalync offers AI-powered features including trade analysis (Signalync AI) and strategy generation (Strategy Lab). These features are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

AI-generated analysis and strategies are not financial advice. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable suggestions. You must independently verify and evaluate all AI-generated content before making any trading decisions. Signalync LLC is not liable for any losses resulting from actions taken based on AI outputs.

The Signalync platform, including its source code, documentation, design, branding, logos, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of Signalync LLC. All rights are reserved.

Your content: Trading strategies, signal configurations, and other content you create within Signalync remain your property. By publishing a strategy to the Strategy Marketplace, you grant Signalync a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and make available your published strategy and its associated metadata to other users of the platform. You may unpublish your strategy at any time to revoke this license.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Signalync platform or its documentation without prior written consent from Signalync LLC.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Signalync platform, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Unplanned outages or infrastructure failures
• Third-party service disruptions (Stripe, cloud providers, DNS)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions)

Signalync LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed trading opportunities resulting from service downtime or unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signalync LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Trading losses or missed trading opportunities
• Losses caused by service interruptions or delays
• Losses caused by third-party service failures
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Signalync in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

By you: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account from the settings page. Your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the platform or its resources
• Fail to pay outstanding fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days after account deletion, after which it is permanently removed. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, disclaimers, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and the language shall be English.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters requiring immediate equitable relief.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
