1. Overview
Signalync LLC ("we", "us", or "our") wants you to be satisfied with our service. We offer a generous 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the refund terms described below. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
2. Free Trial
All new users are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to Advanced plan features, including up to 4 account connections, 1,000 AI credits, advanced analytics, and all signal sources.
- No credit card is required to start the trial
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- At the end of 14 days, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan
- No action is needed to avoid charges; the trial simply expires
We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to test all features relevant to your trading setup before subscribing to a paid plan.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans (Starter, Advanced, Professional):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard
- Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current billing period
- No cancellation fees apply
Since we offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You have ample opportunity to evaluate the service before any payment is made.
4. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- Within the first 30 days: You may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription. The refund amount is calculated based on the number of full months remaining, minus any months already used at the monthly rate.
- After 30 days: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may still cancel, and your paid features will remain active until the end of your annual billing period.
Annual plans include a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. If a pro-rated refund is issued within the first 30 days, the refund calculation uses the discounted annual rate, not the standard monthly rate.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@signalync.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of your subscription purchase
- Your reason for requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your Signalync dashboard
- Go to Settings, then Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
After cancellation:
- Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Your account will then downgrade to the Free plan
- Your signal history, trade data, and configurations are preserved on the Free plan
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore paid features
- No cancellation fees apply
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so from the Settings page. Account data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion.
