Dashboard announcements

Banners that appear at the top of your dashboard when Signalync has something to share.

What you'll see

From time to time a banner may appear at the top of your dashboard. Signalync uses banners for three kinds of messages:

Maintenance and incident notices: planned downtime, ongoing outages, or degraded service. These typically use a critical or warning style and may be non-dismissible while the issue is active.
Product announcements: new features, plan changes, or other updates worth knowing about. These use an informational style and can be dismissed.
Promotions: occasional offers or invitations. Always dismissible.

At most three banners are shown at once. The most severe and most recent take priority.

Dismissing a banner

Most banners include a close button on the trailing edge. Clicking it hides the banner immediately and remembers your choice on your account, so the same banner will not reappear when you sign in on another browser or device.

Critical banners stay

Maintenance and incident banners are sometimes pinned by the Signalync team and have no close button. They disappear automatically once the underlying message is retired or its scheduled window ends.

Localization

Banners follow your selected language. When the Signalync team provides a translation for the language you are using (currently English or العربية), you will see the localized version. If a translation is not yet available, the English text is used as a fallback so you never miss an important notice.
